A minimum bar spend of $1,000 and Full Room hire applies on Saturdays and Sundays. This is additional to the room hire fee.
All food & drinks are to be provided by Chirnsides by the River (Werribee Football Club Limited), no external providers are permitted without written confirmation from Chirnsides by the River.
We do not allow confetti or glitter in our function space. If confetti or glitter is used there is an additional $100 cleaning fee.
No burning candles are permitted without sufficient container to catch wax. Any wax spills may incur an additional $100 cleaning fee.
We do not host 18th Birthday Celebrations at our venue.
On the day setup is permitted for functions where availability permits. Pack up of your items can be done on the same night as your function, or we can store your items on-site for you to pick up the following week. All items left on-site for more than one week will be disposed of unless otherwise discussed.
A contract of agreement must be signed, agreeing to these terms and conditions, prior to securing your booking date.
The initial room hire fee is to be paid to secure your booking date. This acts as your deposit for your function.
All final invoices must be paid prior to function commencement. This includes any catering fees, and optional extras. Any bar tabs incurred during the event will need to be settled prior to the conclusion of the event.
